Dr. Tonya serves as Dean of Counselors. She is an educator, counselor, executive leader, chaplain, and minister dedicated to empowering individuals to achieve personal, spiritual, and professional growth.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from DeVry University, a Master of Arts in Educational Leadership from Prairie View A&M University, a Doctorate in Christian Counseling and Psychology from Texas Seminary Christian University, and an Honorary Ph.D. in Educational Leadership from Kingdom Heritage University.

Her diverse professional background includes service in the U.S. Navy, corporate leadership, curriculum design, K–12 administration, chaplaincy, and ministry. As a former public school principal, she championed innovative learning environments that promoted critical thinking, student engagement, and transformational educational experiences.

Dr. Tonya has also served as a Chief Operating Officer, Chief Business Development Officer, entrepreneur, and founder of Serenity Global Solutions, where she provides faith-based coaching and leadership development services.

Licensed in ministry since 2007, she has faithfully served as an associate minister, youth leader, chaplain, and community advocate. As Dean of Counselors, Dr. Tonya is committed to fostering holistic wellness, spiritual formation, and student success through compassionate guidance and Christ-centered counseling.
