Mrs. Nugent provides leadership, oversight, and strategic direction for the Office of Student Affairs. Her responsibilities include:

• Provides guidance and support to the team responsible for managing student services and student engagement.

• Monitors, advises, and evaluates students' academic progress toward successful degree completion.

• Assists students in understanding academic requirements, institutional policies, and graduation pathways.

• Serves as the primary liaison between students, faculty, and staff to ensure effective communication and student advocacy.

• Oversees student support initiatives designed to enhance retention, persistence, and student success.

• Provides leadership, administration, and ongoing assessment for the Office of Student Affairs.

• Collaborates with academic and administrative departments to promote a positive and supportive learning environment.

• Develops and implements strategies that foster student achievement, personal growth, and institutional engagement.
