Dr. Leicha Shaver serves as the inaugural President of Texas Seminary Christian University in Dallas, Texas. As the chief executive officer of the institution, she provides strategic leadership and oversight for all academic, administrative, and student affairs divisions, ensuring that the University's operations remain aligned with its vision, mission, values, and Christ-centered educational philosophy.

As the first President of Texas Seminary Christian University, Dr. Shaver is committed to preparing students for lives of faith, service, leadership, and lifelong learning. Her passion for education is reflected in her dedication to cultivating servant leaders who are equipped to impact their churches, communities, and professions through biblical principles and academic excellence.

Dr. Shaver brings extensive experience spanning public and private K–12 education, higher education, and the nonprofit sector. She has served in numerous leadership capacities throughout her career and is the founder of Advanced Preparatory International. In addition, she has developed and facilitated several leadership workshops designed to empower educators, administrators, and community leaders.

Dr. Shaver earned her Doctor of Education degree from Oklahoma State University and continues to advocate for transformational learning experiences that inspire scholarship, spiritual growth, and meaningful service.
